The other wild thing about this guy is that he himself is a hotel employee, so he is fully aware of what these guests go through day after day and yet chooses to make life harder for them anyway. That’s a special breed of human right there. Someone who thinks, “Well, I suffered and now the tables have turned.” That extra spin on the “pay your dues” mentality is so toxic it just goes to show how the hierarchy of customer service is like a monster that cannot be stopped.
