This thread was posted to Reddit’s r/MaliciousCompliance subreddit by u/Gloglibologna, who shared that in retaliation, he and his fellow employees decided to mute their email notifications such that they are not reachable as soon as the clock hits 5:01 pm. This is especially damaging to the horrible boss in question because apparently, he tends to only send emails to his employees after work hours. Looks like another classic case of a boss not realizing that if they want to enforce strict policies, they’re going to need to follow the same rules as well.
