No one likes a bossy coworker! Especially one that starts making demands with literally zero authorization to do so. There’s obviously a responsible way to do what she’s trying to do. If there are problems and she sees a potential way to solve them, she should bring that up in group meetings or conversations. That’s what working on a team is. She shouldn’t just assume a position of power she doesn’t have. I guess, if there’s one thing to give this woman credit for, it’s her confidence. The problem is everyone knows she’s not even slightly senior, so naturally, people will ignore her requests.
