Good day, ICanHasers! Or at least it was up until we remembered that today is the last day of the weekend and tomorrow we’ll be thrown back into the hamster wheel of work and obligations. Yuck. But hold up, we’re here to ensure you end your weekend on a good note and not dwell on the fact that it’s over. Every week, we highlight a particular cat breed and/or coloration because we believe every feline deserves its 15 minutes of fame and recognition. Last week it were the Tuxedo cats that are always way too dressed up with nowhere to go, and the week before that the standard issue tabby cat.
Welp, this week we thought we’d shake things up and step away from the ‘breed box’ we’ve put ourselves in and thought, wouldn’t it be amazing to give a shoutout to our senior cats as well? Because after all, we have to respect our elders. No, but in all seriousness, if you’ve ever had the pleasure of caring for a senior cat, you know how special your bond becomes.
