If this isn’t the premise for the next best horror comedy, I don’t know what is. This Karen decided it was a good idea to leave her husband in their hotel room in the middle of the night and unload all her pent-up aggression onto the front desk employee, who was innocently working the night shift on her own. The employee shared her side of the story via this thread on Reddit’s r/TalesFromTheFrontDesk subreddit.
Apparently, Karen thought she could get away with this behavior because her husband is an esteemed guest. What she didn’t realize was that aggressively threatening someone on security camera footage truly speaks for itself. On another note, shouldn’t we really be protecting our night shift workers from Karens like this by at the very least giving them more direct access to security?
