Clearly, this Karen was not paying attention when she kept asking for additional services while getting a manicure and threw a fit when she learned how much those services cost after the fact. When another customer began filming the whole encounter, the entitled lady lost it at her, causing more customers to chime in and call the Karen out on her total nonsense.
